Create a .LOG file with a notepad. By doing so, you will be able to save your data with time and date automatically. It is a simple trick. Follow the steps below.

  1. Open a Notepad.
  2. Then type ".LOG" in that page and save. Thats all...
  3. Next time when you open it, you will see the current date and time there...

  1. Click on the office file Menu in Microsoft Word 2007 document and go to "Prepare" tab.
  2. Now click on the "Encrypt Document" tab.     
  3. Now a small window will open asking for password. Type yoour password in the column of that window.
  4. Confirm the Password and Enjoy the safety of your file.

      Some Major Computer Shortcuts:


      • CTRL+C (Copy)
      • CTRL+X (Cut)
      • CTRL+V (Paste)
      • CTRL+Z (Undo)
      • Delete (Delete)
      • Shift+Delete (Delete the selected item permanently without placing the item in the Recycle Bin)
      • CTRL while dragging an item (Copy the selected item) 
      • CTRL+Shift while dragging an item (Create a shortcut to the selected item)
      • F2 key (Rename the selected item)
      • CTRL+RIGHT ARROW (Move the insertion point to the beginning of the next word)
      • CTRL+LEFT ARROW (Move the insertion point to the beginning of the previous word)
      • CTRL+DOWN ARROW (Move the insertion point to the beginning of the next paragraph)
      • CTRL+UP ARROW (Move the insertion point to the beginning of the previous paragraph)
      • CTRL+Shift with any of the arrow keys (Highlight a block of text)
